1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer shipping/delivery to the following areas:

If your location is not listed, please contact us to confirm availability.
2. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made Monday- Saturday between 1pm to 3pm. You will receive a confirmation message (SMS, call, or email) once your order is scheduled for delivery.
3. Delivery Fees
- We don’t accept delivery fee, delivery fee is to be paid to the rider upon arrival.
4. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12pm are processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after cut-off time will be scheduled for the next delivery day.
5. Packaging
All fruits are carefully packed in eco-friendly, food-safe containers to ensure they remain fresh during transit. Perishable items are handled with extra care to avoid bruising or spoilage.
6. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at the time of delivery:

Our delivery team will attempt to contact you.

If unreachable, the order may be left at a safe location or returned to our facility.

A redelivery fee may apply for second attempts.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or supplier issues may cause delays. We will notify you promptly of any changes to your delivery schedule.
8. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time. All deliveries are currently limited to Lagos Nigeria Only.
